About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Team in Ellerslie. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination and resolution of queries with customers and distributors, coordination and processing of daily orders and ad hoc administration duties.
This is a part time fixed role for 3 months.30 hours per week from 9 am to 2:30pm. The working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday ,Saturday and Sunday.
What we are looking for:
Previous customer services experience
Great communication skills and resilience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of SAP would be of advantage
Ability to multi task and prioritise
