Accounts Payable Administrator- Part-time (Silverdale)

About the role:
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to support our site-based Finance Team at the Dads Pies site in Silverdale. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday), perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values flexibility.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and maintain up-to-date accounts.
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve variances.
  • Prepare payment runs and respond to supplier queries promptly.
  • Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and general finance administration.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous accounts payable experience is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, email, accounting systems).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours during critical periods/ leave cover.
