Customer Service Representative| Fixed-term, Part-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination and resolution of queries with customers and distributors, coordination and processing of daily orders and ad-hoc requests.

This is a Part-time, Fixed-term role (6-months):

The working days and hours are: 

• 25 hours per week  
• Wednesdays & Thursdays from 09:00AM to 03:00PM,
• Fridays from 08:00AM to 05:00PM, and, 
• Saturdays from 08:30AM to 04:30PM

 About You:

• Previous experience in a customer services role 
• Great communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP would be of advantage
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
