Customer Services Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination and resolution of queries with customers and distributors, coordination and processing of daily orders and ad-hoc requests.

This is a part time fixed-term role: 25 hours per week from 9.30am am to 2:30pm. The working days are Monday - Friday


 About You:


  • Previous experience in customer services
  • Great communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be of advantage
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize 
  • Resilience – this is a super-fast past and fun industry!!
