Financial Reporting & Planning Manager (6 months fixed term)

Following an internal secondment, we now have a vacancy for a Financial Reporting & Planning Manager (6 months fixed term) reporting into the GM of Finance - NZ. The primary purpose of this role is to manage financial planning and reporting activities for the Baking New Zealand business, consolidating and preparing management reports, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analysing results based on business drivers and providing meaningful commentary.

You will also be the primary contact for all Audits and R&D tax and lead a team of 4. You will sit on the NZ Finance Leadership Team and have close ties to the ANZ FPR function based in Sydney. You will play a key leadership role to drive key business & functional projects.  

About You:

• Experienced Financial Reporting & Planning Manager with some People leader experience 
• Experience in a Commercial Team is preferred 
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Highly detailed and able to produce high quality written commentary on financial results
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Experience in developing systems to improve current processes
• Finance, CA or CPA qualified
