Key Account Executive- Pies and Savouries

Tip Top Bakeries, part of George Weston Foods (GWF), is one of New Zealand’s most iconic bakery brands. We proudly nourish Kiwi families with products they know and love – from Tip Top Super Soft, Big Ben to Dad’s Pies and Ploughman’s Bakery.

We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to support our Pies & Savouries portfolio across Foodstuffs, Woolworths, and Fresh Choice.

About the Role

Reporting to the Key Account Manager – Pies & Savouries, you’ll play a key role in supporting customer relationships, business planning, and promotional execution. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with operational excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting customer relationships and instore engagement across key accounts
• Assisting with joint business planning, category reviews, and new product listings
• Managing promotional portals, pricing, and deal funding
• Monthly reporting on account performance and tactical opportunities
• Supporting trade spend planning and P&L reporting
• Liaising with Field Sales Teams and conducting store visits
• Ensuring promotional systems and forecasting tools are accurately maintained

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or buying role, ideally within FMCG
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for results
