About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Woolworths who is full of energy and passion and has an eye for opportunities to come join our awesome team. Come in and take charge of the strategic direction and implementation of one of our most important customers.

This is a role for someone who loves to define the direction in an account and then roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. The role will see you take ownership of your career development as you further build your negotiation, leadership, and project management skills. You will join a passionate and supportive team of ambitious and committed individuals, and we need our new team member to bring the same mindset.

This career move will see you:

  • Building deep and rich customer relationships at multiple levels within Woolworths
  • Developing, selling and implementing Business Plans
  • Negotiating deals to deliver the annual sales budget
  • Planning and executing the promotional program
  • Working closely with the field sales team to drive first class execution in store
  • Championing growth for your customer

The successful candidate is going to be: 

  • An experienced Salesperson or Retail buyer ideally from within the FMCG sector
  • A strong relationship manager, negotiator, and influencer with both internal and external customers
  • A commercially astute, analytical individual with experience in financial management
  • A true leader with the ambition to deliver results and lead by our company values – safety, collaboration, courage, and trust.
  • Someone able to provide insight into a progressive career to date and a drive to grow further.
