National Quality Systems Coordinator
The Role
You will play a key role in driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our quality systems, ensuring processes are aligned to regulatory and customer requirements while also being optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
This role combines technical document control, system ownership, supplier compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the National Quality Manager, this is a 6-month fixed term role based in Otahuhu.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited)
- Manage the full lifecycle of documents (SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, and specifications), ensuring version control, accuracy, and accessibility via Quality Hub/SharePoint
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Product Information Files (PIFs), ensuring alignment with specifications and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate supplier approval and compliance, including onboarding and documentation management
- Work closely with Quality, Operations, Procurement, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned ways of working across all sites
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Systems, Document Control, or QA coordination role within FMCG or manufacturing environments aligned to GFSI standards
- Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms, SharePoint list, workflows
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems and document management tools (e.g. Promapp, SharePoint, or similar)
- Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and QMS/document management systems
- Ability to manage data, documentation, and system workflows effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems within an FMCG environment
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Assurance, or a related scientific discipline
