- Manage day-to-day relationships with linehaul and ferry providers, ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
- Champion Health, Safety, and Chain of Responsibility, embedding these principles across all activities and contracts for interactions.
- Monitor and optimise inventory processes, including stocktake, scrapping, and variance investigations, to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
- Drive continuous improvement, supporting network optimisation projects and process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Leverage systems expertise, ensuring SAP and other digital tools are used effectively to support 24/7 operations.
About You
You will live and breathe our values (SAFE, COURAGEOUS, TRUSTING, COLLABORATIVE) and thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
To succeed, you will bring:
- Experience in transport, supply chain, or warehouse operations (FMCG experience desirable).

- Strong understanding of HSE and food safety principles, with a leadership approach that prioritises safety and quality every day.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in process improvement and change management.
- Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn and leverage new digital tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Formal qualifications in Supply Chain or related fields desirable.
