Production Supervisor - Night Shift - Silverdale

Tip Top, part of the George Weston Foods (NZ) Ltd , is one of New Zealand’s leading bakery manufacturers, with iconic brands including Tip Top, Bürgen, Ploughmans, Big Ben, Dad’s Pies and Golden.

We’re looking for a Night Production Supervisor to lead our night shift production team at our Silverdale bakery.

About the Role

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the night shift, delivering production plans, and maintaining high standards across quality, food safety, and performance. You’ll be visible on the floor, supporting your team and managing issues in real time.

About You

You’re a practical, confident people leader with experience in manufacturing or FMCG. You lead with safety front of mind, communicate clearly, and stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

Key Requirements

• 2 – 4 Years’ experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong understanding of health & safety and food production standards
• Ability to run night shift operations end to end
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant qualification in management or manufacturing
• Sound decision-making ability, particularly under pressure
