Retail Activation Specialist - Fixed term

We’re looking for a Retail Activation Specialist (Sales Analyst) to join our high-performing Tip Top New Zealand Category Team, part of the Commercial function on an 11‑month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll bring data to life—fuel insights, improving execution, and helping our teams win in-store.

Reporting to the Category Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a key role in enabling field excellence, process improvement, and digital execution through tools like Salesforce and iMobi.

What you’ll be doing

As our Retail Activation Specialist, you will:

• Maintain, enhance, and communicate field execution initiatives across NZ.
• Analyse sales performance and identify trends, opportunities, and priorities for action.
• Use digital platforms (Salesforce, iMobi) to enable strong, consistent, data-driven execution.
• Support the development and continual improvement of internal processes and reporting dashboards.
• Provide high-quality insights that guide decision-making across the Commercial and Category teams.
• Deliver timely, accurate responses to ad‑hoc analytical requests to support Category Strategy

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives on accuracy, curiosity, and making data meaningful.
You will ideally have:

• Experience in sales analysis, commercial insights, category/retail support, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong technical capability with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and/or CRM/mobile field execution platforms.
• A continuous improvement mindset—confident challenging the status quo and making things better.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative and proactive working style.
