Join one of ANZ’s largest and most iconic food manufacturers

At GWF, we’re passionate about making everyday food better for everyone. Across Australia and New Zealand, our 6,500 people work across 60 sites to bring loved brands to life—Tip Top, Don, Weston Milling and more. As part of Associated British Foods (ABF), we’re backed by global expertise and driven by a strategy focused on growth, innovation and a high‑performance culture.

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our NZ Supply Chain team and help us drive smarter, safer and more efficient logistics and planning processes.

About the role

As our Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting national logistics processes and maintaining our supply chain knowledge base. You will use your data and analytical capability to optimise routes, support planning processes, and ensure we have strong systems and reporting in place across the wider Supply Chain function.

You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Optimisation Manager and collaborate with teams across Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Materials Planning, Operations, and third‑party transport providers. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with data, and improving how things are done, this role is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Key responsibilities

Route & Network Optimisation

  • Support route modelling and optimisation using TruckStops software.
  • Analyse outputs and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy of TruckStops data and cost models.

Logistics Process Coordination

  • Maintain and update logistics processes, documentation and reporting tools.
  • Support management of distribution partner and line‑haul contracts.
  • Provide oversight and support for driver handheld activities.

Transport Provider Payments & Data

  • Coordinate weekly payments to third‑party transport providers.
  • Contribute to improving driver payment processes and system integration (SAP, Tableau, SharePoint etc.).

Materials Planning Support

  • Develop and maintain weekly planning and visibility reports.
  • Support optimisation of MRP processes and SAP planning parameters.
  • Act as backup for the Material Planner during leave periods.

Supply Chain Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support supply chain optimisation projects to deliver performance improvements.
  • Contribute to long‑term strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clear reporting, documentation and change management support.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ analytical or planning experience within FMCG, supply chain, logistics or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with route optimisation tools (e.g., TruckStops) is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving strengths, with the ability to provide insights and act quickly when issues arise.
  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or similar (desirable).

Why join us?

  • Work for a trusted organisation with iconic, household brands.
  • Opportunities to grow your capability and contribute to meaningful organisational transformation.
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Flexible Auckland‑based role within a business committed to safety and continuous improvement.
