As a Territory Manager in our Out of Home (OOH) channel, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our foodservice and route customers.

Your Impact

• Drive Growth: Manage a defined territory, delivering profitable sales and market share through exceptional relationships, market and product knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
• Win New Business: Identify and onboard new customers across the Route and Foodservice channels.
• Customer Planning: Develop and execute call cycles that and activations in partnership with the OOH Sales Manager.
• Insights: Provide accurate market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring strong relationships and continuity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Foodservice, Route or Grocery sales (2+ years desirable).
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to cold call and create new business opportunities.
• Financial literacy and commercial acumen.
• Resilience, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (desirable).
