Trade Marketing Executive| Tip Top Bakeries AKL
Are you a commercially minded marketer with a passion for foodservice and trade marketing? Tip Top is looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Executive to help drive category growth and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across our Foodservice and Route channels.
About the Role
In this newly created role, you’ll support the full spectrum of trade marketing activity—from market insights and product management to campaign execution and customer communications. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, NPD, Procurement, and Operations to help bring our plans to life and support strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse market and competitor data to uncover trends and identify new opportunities
- Assist with new product development and product updates
- Execute trade-focused marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain sales tools, POS materials and marketing assets
- Support customer communication channels, including EDMs and product guides
- Provide general admin support including raising purchase orders, managing sales tools e.g. Salesforce
- Track campaign performance and report on ROI
- Coordinate logistics and materials for trade events and shows
What You’ll Bring
- 3–4 years’ experience in FMCG or a similar industry
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with sales or trade marketing teams
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms
- A degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing (desirable)
