About the Role

We’re after a hands-on Warehouse & Inwards Supervisor to lead our Silverdale team and keep materials and finished goods moving smoothly and safely from boxing through to dispatch and into customers’ hands. You’ll report to the Production & Logistics Manager and be a key link between Production, Supply Chain and Quality.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, roster and coach Warehouse & Inwards teams to deliver safe, efficient shifts
• Own flow from boxing to dispatch, driving DIFOT, stock accuracy and low waste
• Run daily warehouse operations, including storage, handling and movement standards
• Manage inventory (incl. freezer/chiller) using WMS/ERP systems
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Distribution to align plans
• Oversee transport partners, reporting, SOPs and maintenance escalations
• Champion Food Safety, Quality and HSE, closing out audits and incidents

What success looks like

• DIFOT on target with strong inventory accuracy
• Roster management and an engaged, capable team
• Clean audits, fast action closure and visible safety leadership

You’ll be a great match if you

• Have 5+ years’ supervisory experience (FMCG/food manufacturing preferred)
• Are organised, commercially aware and calm under pressure
• Know your way around WMS/ERP and value high standards
• Lead by example in safety, quality and teamwork
